Manage Forward offers data import from all commerically available products as well as custom built products. Data conversion from commercially available products is included in the purchase price of CampVision. For clients with custom or home grown solutions we will provide up to ten hours of custom conversion work with the purchase of CampVision. Top of page What support do you offered? CampVision comes with 30 days of free support. After that, your annual enhancement plan support starts. Support hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours, the online support desk, voicemail and e-mail messages are checked on a regular basis. Creating a critical support ticket sends a page to the on-call support person. Top of page What training do you offer? CampVision's simple web interface makes learning to use the system easy and intuitive. For clients that are interested, Manage Forward offers several training courses. Pick a training course that best suits your needs or work with us to tailor training to your needs. Top of page How much does CampVision cost? CampVision is available in two ways: In-office and Hosted. The in-office solution allows you to securely run CampVision on a server that you already own. The hosted solution runs on our server which you securely connect to through the internet. If you have questions about which solution is right for your camp, please contact us for more information. Pricing for the hosted solution starts at $100/month and is based on the size of your camp. The in-office solution is priced from $6,000 and is based on the size of your camp.
